1. What are the delivery options on WDF?

WDF offers both standard and expedited delivery options. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the delivery option you select. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery option during checkout.

2. How is the delivery fee calculated?

The delivery fee is calculated based on the weight, size of the products, and the delivery location.

3. Can I edit my delivery details after payment?

Delivery details can only be edited before the payment is completed. After payment, changes cannot be made to the delivery address.

4. What is the delivery timeline once an order is placed?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and location. Typically, for standard shipping:

  1. Peninsula Malaysia:
    1. Orders placed by 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
    2. Orders placed after 3pm (Monday to Friday) or over the weekend will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  2. East Malaysia:
    1. Deliveries will be made within 7-10 business days.

6. What shipping locations does WDF support?

We currently offer shipping within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
